Our Quality Assurance Department oversees numerous functions that are essential to our consistent delivery of product excellence including: Supplier Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Systems, HACCP & Food Safety, Customer Response, Product Commercialization and Sanitation.
We are committed to delivering the highest possible quality in both our products and our processes.
Each ingredient, supplier and production process is evaluated for food safety, and stringent requirements are put in place to make sure that every Pizza made by Palermo's meets our requirements, our customer requirements and those of the regulatory agencies.
Our Quality Assurance staff acts as our ambassadors of quality, teaching every "Pizzaiolo" (that's Pizza maker in Italian) how to make the highest quality Pizzas. Quality Assurance provides the means to measure quality performance, ensuring that each ingredient used in Palermo's Pizzas will keep our customers more than satisfied.
