- Wine & Wood-Fired Pizza Pairing on Jan. 10, Feb. 7 and March 7 at 7 p.m. Five Wood-Fired Pizzas paired with five Italian wines. $30 per person.
- Beer & Wood-Fired Pizza Pairing on Jan. 17, Feb. 21 and March 21, at 7 p.m. Five Wood-Fired Pizzas paired with five beers. $30 per person.
- Pizza-Making Lessons with Chef Arturo on Saturday, Jan. 18, at 12 noon. Wood-Fired Pizza, beverage, factory tour, souvenir, pizza-making lesson and cooking show. $20 per person.
